The Iyengar Yoga Shala is a light, spacious Iyengar yoga studio that is fully equipped with yoga props such as mats, blocks, blankets, belts, chairs and bolsters.

The Henley yoga studio offers a safe, welcoming space for students to deepen their yoga practice as they sharpen their awareness in the poses.
The studio is fully equipped with yoga props such as mats, blocks, blankets, belts, chairs and bolsters. The studio is conveniently situated in the centre of Henley near the Greys Road car park.
Saturday morning
Facing south across Bix Common, Bix Village Hall has one of the most stunning outlooks in the country. The hall is spacious, light and clean and is easily accessible from the A4130 with on site car parking available.
Equipment will be supplied for the classes on Saturday as required.
